Tatiana Figueiredo: Okay, so let me just get through the q4, which is our last quarter. Yeah. Suzanne put in the chat so we're relieving I don't have to do it all now. Yeah, that's my job. Like to just tell you like, it's fine. You don't have to do everything. Please don't do everything.
So this is like your last quarter in the year, and this is really where you're taking whatever happened with your public launch and you're learning from it. And then you're starting to build a system that you can repeat Up until now, you are like, you have intentions of repeating what you're doing, but it's still like each of these other Q1 two and three launches are more kind of one-offs for you to learn.
And then when it comes to your last one, this is where you're like, okay, I can plan my whole second year based on what's going well here and based on what's working. So this is where you can reach out to partnerships that are maybe a little bit bigger because you're like getting closer to, like your message is more clear and you're able to go on podcasts that are bigger or you're able to speak to communities that are a little bit more influential.
So that's what I recommend as the focus for the connect part. Again, this is like the flow there. Some of these are outta order. Just to say a little bit more about the ongoing systems and growth of this q4. The point again is to establish the systems that repeat and then double down on whatever it is the marketing channel that you think is working.
And at the same time, you can start exploring one or two more to make sure that there is there another way for us to grow this? And then also getting ready for hiring if that is within your. Budget within your scope if you feel like your community needs it. So again, partnerships 2.0, that's the first connect month there.
Designing for recurring revenue. So for us when we did this, that meant designing for an evergreen community that people could apply to and join at any point. And then designing the community so that it wasn't just a course, but it was like a community that people would want to continue paying for even beyond the first year within the community.
We're still in the process of adding more value so that it makes sense for people beyond their first year. But we were thinking about that at the end of the first year and then the last month with the last month within your q4 that's like. You can decide what to do there.
This is your last push to get to whatever your goal was. So you can repeat the launch that you did the quarter before, or you can do like a special thing where you're doing some kind of like workshop. You can try something new. You can like experiment with a new marketing channel, whatever it is that you're like learning from, but like really doing an extra push to get you over the edge of whatever your goal was.
And again I think we're a good example of this because now we have evergreen enrollment so people can join our community at any point that they want. But we also have this like quarterly launch or push. So we have a our version of a cohort coming up in a couple weeks. So we're doing a lot, or not a lot.
We're doing like, Less and less every quarter because it's more of an ongoing strategy. But we do have a little bit of a push right before a cohort. Our email sequences are improving every quarter, so we look at them every three months and we're like, we should add an email about this. This is a little different in the community, let's edit that.
So it we're like recycling all the stuff that we started with. And we're improving it as we go along. All of this stuff takes longer than it feels like it should. So it's really important to have this mindset of we're in this for the long haul and for this launch, I'm just gonna write three emails and maybe next launch I'll have five.
And that's fine. Like just build on it and build towards this like sustainable more kind of calm way of launching. That's my opinion anyway. So once you're done with all your four quarters, then you're into the expansion stage. So now we're like done with stage one, done with stage two, and moving on to expansion again, here is all of the 12 months, and you can take a screenshot of this if it's helpful.
Again, these are just suggestions. It's like just a way for you to think about what do I do? Where do I start? Where do I go? Like how can I do this? But I strongly recommend that you do what feels right to you at every point of this process. And if you need some extra. Support, some extra help as you're going through that first year.
That is basically why we built B A C B. It's both a community that you can get the support, you can see a bunch of examples of people launching and of people raising their prices and making what they wanna make with their community. And it's also like we have templates. We have lessons for each single, each part of that process.
So we have a way of doing partnerships. We have a way of running betas. We have a way of designing your community in a way that's really clear. So everything that you need within that first year is within the community. And that's the, that's where you can go to apply to, to join.
