Amy Yamada: Okay. So my VIP day system, essentially, let me back up. Once I had, Enrolled, you know, over 20 VIP day clients. I had a lot of clients and colleagues and friends were asking me, how are you selling so many of these high ticket VIP days? And so I kept breaking it down, answering the same questions over and over and over again.
So I thought, you know what, I'm just going to create a system called the VIP day system. And there are four main steps in the VIP day system, create. Promote, sell, and fulfill. Okay, so create, promote, sell, and fulfill. Today we're going to focus on create because I truly believe that when you create an irresistible VIP day offer that you are so highly enrolled in, it makes it much easier to do the other steps.
Cool. Okay. So let's dive in. So the, the, the first thing I'm gonna break down to these three steps. The first thing that we need to do is to enroll yourself first. Okay. Enroll yourself first. So the reason why I'm saying this is that I years ago when I started offering high ticket VIP days, I had a really great mentor and she's like, Amy, sell VIP days for 10, 000.
You could totally do this. And I looked at her like she was insane. I was like, there's no way. Anyone, whatever in their right mind, invest 10, 000 to spend a day with. I'm glad you think I'm that great. And that brilliant. And I was making it all about me and my limiting beliefs. So we started to negotiate.
She said, okay, how about you charge 7, 500? I'm like, no, no, I can't. And then finally we settled at 5, 000 and she's like, you can totally do it. Go, just go, just go do it. I thought, okay, I'm going to trust my coach. I'm going to do this. And I, I realized that it just wasn't about me and my limiting beliefs. It was about the people that I could really serve in a day.
So I want you to take a moment. And think about one person that you already know that represents your ideal client. For those of you watching live, if you just put in the chat their first name, we don't know who they are. Just put, just think about one person, whether they are a client of yours, maybe you have a favorite client or someone that you know that represents your ideal client.
Just put their name in the chat. Okay. And then think about that person. Let's take a moment. Really think about that person. Okay. Like to connect him with that person and ask yourself, If I get to spend one full day with this person, do I believe I can make an impact for them? Honestly. And just put yes or no on the chat.
Yes. A hundred percent. Yes, yes, yes. Yep. Right. Like if you really just focus the spotlight on them, do I believe I could help them if I spent a day with them? Absolutely. I bet you'd be so excited to roll up your sleeves, like whatever it is that you help people with to really help them have a transformational experience.
So as I was going through my experience of offering these initial 5, 000 VIP days, I realized it's not about me and my offer or my limiting beliefs, it's about them and their vision and their obstacles. And do I believe I can help them? And so by even just thinking that way, it helped me to. Enroll myself first and believing that I could help them.
And then that month I sold five of them for 5, 000. Give myself a boost of 25, 000 in one month. Not only that, but at the end of each of those VIP days, each of those clients in their own way said, thank you so much for offering this. I'm so glad we got to do this together. Like I, this is exactly what I needed.
So even just imagine on the other side of it. Getting chills thinking about this one client of mine that was just like, she brought me a gift on her VIP day. I'm like, why are you bringing me a gift? You know? So just, just know that I truly believe your VIP day clients will also be so grateful that you had this really special offer.
Cool. Yeah. I'm seeing in the chat Sade is saying that mindset shift is very helpful. Yeah. And just know anytime I've created or upgraded an offer of mine, I've always taken a moment and asked myself that same question. Like, do I believe this will help people? What can I create that will truly make a difference for my ideal client?
And that way it's not about me, right? It's really not about me. It's about them and how I can support them. Okay. So that's step number one. And also who else would be excited about like a boost of five, 10, 20, 50, 000 in a month, just put me in the chat, right? Like, of course we would, of course we would.
So it helps you to, to have a nice revenue boost in your business. And also to know that you always have this offer in your back pocket. Anytime you want to offer it. Got it. Yes, of course. Okay. All right, cool.
