Tatiana Figueiredo: We're gonna move on and talk about the community validation cycle. So again, we're gonna talk about this in terms of like your first entire year of your community, but. We're gonna break them up into quarters. And in each quarter you're gonna go through the same cycle of learning, the same cycle of launching something every three months.
So what that looks like is the three parts of it are connect, learn, and launch. Connect is about reaching more of your people, getting more and understanding more about your community members. Learning is where you start learning how to integrate what you're learning from your members into what offer you're building and what you're gonna actually what you're gonna actually offer for the next round, and then launch.
Is where you're launching something to the people that you connected with in, in month one. So roughly these are gonna be like your focus for each month of the quarter. So month one is connect, month two is learn slash like integrate, and then month three is launch. And then it goes back and you can repeat this cycle even beyond your first year.
It's something that kind of becomes like the rhythm of your community business in the way that you're doing them. And we'll talk about each of these. I know that words like launch are sometimes hard for us to wrap our heads around, especially for some of us who don't wanna do a super stressful two week thing.
So we'll talk about what all that means. And we'll start with, actually let me give you an example of not an example, like this is all we're talking about these are, this is all that we're gonna talk about in this presentation. So the q1, what you're launching is a beta community.
Q2 we're gonna talk about founding membership q3. That's your first larger public launch. And then q4 it's like settling into a pattern that you can repeat over and over again. And there's with each month, each first month, within the quarter, there's like a connect theme. Then there's a learn theme, then there's a launch theme.
And we'll go through each of these to explain what they mean. And so that you can put yourself where you are on this on this path, on this roadmap.
