Sophie Bujold: To the question about tools. I think if you take this approach, most of the time, you can use the tools that are already available to you. It's not about adding more tools to the mix. It's really about what do I have that I can really capitalize on?
So in the examples that we gave, for instance, it was about like, Hey, I have streaming capability in my platform. Let's leverage that. We are already doing monthly get togethers with community members. Let's leverage that to bring our partners in. So they really didn't add a whole lot of other gadgets and widgets and whatever else.
Maybe once in a while. You wanna add things like one-on-one meetings and functions that I know Heartbeat already offers, where partners might be in the mix. And can talk one-on-one with your members or you might want to think of access that way. But I would say the play here is not necessarily to add more tools and more widgets.
It's about what do I already have? That's part of the experience that we can just bring our partners in on or create their own version of something we're already doing.
