Here's a quick video to walk you through all your automation setup 👇👇👇
1. Be active yourself!
A great accountability circle doesn’t just happen. It comes together because a handful of members are consistently posting, sharing their goals, as well as their wins AND losses each week. That consistency is key here — think of this like Snapchat Streaks 👻
Your consistent activity will inspire others & you’ll see the accountability circle get more active over time. Know that the activity tends to be low here in the beginning (often the first 2-3 weeks), but WILL increase exponentially over time if you stay consistent.
2. Remove inactive members every 3-6 months.
While this feels a little mean, if you’ve gotten the accountability circle to a decent level of activity & you’re seeing a large group of members that are completely inactive — you need to remove them. Most communities do these removals every 3-6 months. Removing these members elevates the experience for every active member — it concentrates the activity even more & gives new members the feeling of “Wow, this place is so active! Everyone’s so good about posting their goals!”
